Exhibition at Goethe Institut Nancy

My work »The Inner Life of Cyber Knowledge« deals with the question whether the internet which is a huge source of knowledge

makes us more intelligent people. Or is our today‘s knowledge based on make up tutorials, Kanye West release dates and memes?

Inspired by greek vase painting and dada poetry, the resulting cyber vases represent our contemporary cyber knowledge.

For the presentation at the Goethe Institute Nancy I used video mapping to project the rotating quotes from tutorials, Kanye West

quotes and memes onto the wall of the exhibition space. On two additional screens, the animated cyber vases were displayed.

The exhibition was created in cooperation with the ENSAD Nancy, the FH Bielefeld and the Goethe Institute Nancy.
